How to get help, report something, or leave.
Something is broken
Write to the contact address below and say what you were doing and what happened instead. Please do not include your password — nobody at Triedex ever needs it, and nobody will ever ask for it.
Reporting content or an account
Every shared entry has a ⋯ menu with Report in it, and every profile has the same. Reports go to a person. If something needs attention faster than that, write to the contact address and say so in the subject line.
Getting your data, or getting rid of it
Everything you recorded is visible to you inside the app, and Settings → Your data downloads a copy of it as one file. To delete all of it, close your account — Settings, then Delete account. The deletion page describes what happens.
