Terms
The rules for using Triedex. They are short because the service is small: keep your account to yourself, do not use other people's content as if it were yours, and do not use the public side to hurt anyone.
Your account
You need an account to record anything. You are responsible for what happens under it, and you must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in what you write and photograph. Recording an entry grants Triedex only what is needed to run the service for you: to store it, process your images into the sizes the app displays, and show it to exactly the people you chose. Nothing is licensed for advertising, resale, or training.
What you may not share
A negative review is allowed and expected. These are not.
- Content you have no right to share, including other people's photographs.
- Harassment, threats, or content targeting a person rather than an experience.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where the service operates.
- Impersonation, spam, and automated bulk posting.
Moderation
Anyone can report shared content. A report is reviewed by a person, not a machine, and the outcome may be that the content is concealed from everyone but its author, or that an account is suspended. Reporting something does not promise a particular result.
If something of yours is concealed or your account is suspended, the app tells you, and you can appeal from there. An appeal is read and decided by a person.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time from Settings, and the erasure that follows is described on the deletion page. Triedex may suspend an account that repeatedly breaks these rules.
No warranty, and the limits of liability
Triedex is provided as it is. It is a pre-release service: keep your own copies of anything you would be upset to lose. To the extent the law where you live allows, Triedex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes belong to the courts of Barcelona, Spain — where the service is run from.
If you use Triedex as a consumer somewhere else in the EU, this does not take away the protection your own country's law gives you, or your right to bring a case where you live. Nothing here is meant to.
